The app agreement
Chattly is for adults aged 18 and over. Ordinary chat, planning and reflection require a paid Basic or Pro subscription; there is no ongoing Free plan. Account, billing, support, purchase restoration and data-rights controls remain accessible without ordinary paid feature access.
Separate AI permission
Chattly asks separately before sharing personal content with OpenAI. Most paid AI functionality is unavailable if you decline or withdraw. This does not cancel an Apple subscription or stop renewal. App terms, device permissions and saved-memory choices do not replace the OpenAI-sharing choice.
Your content and rights
You retain your rights in your content. The full terms describe the limited permission needed to provide the service, acceptable use, changes and complaints. Australian Consumer Law and other mandatory rights continue to apply. Chattly is AI, not therapy, professional advice or an emergency service.
