Website terms
Effective 8 November 2026
These terms govern use of the public MindSync website. They do not replace Chattly’s app terms or a written LodeCraft consulting agreement.
About MindSync
This website is operated by MindSync Technologies Pty Ltd (ABN 39 696 882 318, ACN 696 882 318) from Perth, Western Australia 6007, Australia. References to “MindSync”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean that company.
Acceptance and permitted use
By using this website, you agree to these terms. You may browse the public pages, share links and download material where a download is expressly offered. You must not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, misrepresent MindSync content or use the site for unlawful activity.
General information, not a service offer
The website describes MindSync, its products and services, and examples of our approach. Content is general information and may change. It is not a binding offer, quotation, promise of availability or commitment to deliver a feature, release date, consulting outcome or commercial result.
Chattly
Chattly is available for iPhone through the App Store in supported regions. The current listing states compatibility and availability, and the app and Apple purchase confirmation state paid plans, prices, features and renewal terms. Website screenshots use example content and may differ from your version. Chattly is not a medical, psychological, crisis or diagnostic service. It is also not an emergency service and must not be relied on as a substitute for qualified professional care. If someone may be in immediate danger, they should contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service rather than use this website or wait for a response from MindSync.
Use of the app is governed by the separate Chattly Terms of Use, Chattly Privacy Policy and, where applicable, Apple’s conditions.
LodeCraft and consulting information
LodeCraft is MindSync's internal geology-led machine-learning and deep-learning system used within an end-to-end exploration consulting service. Clients provide authorised project data; MindSync audits and analyses it, generates and challenges target areas, and can deliver GIS files, target maps, a technical report and a presentation. LodeCraft is not offered as self-service software or direct account access.
Website material is general information and is not project-specific geological, investment, legal or financial advice. A consulting engagement begins only when both parties enter a separate written agreement defining scope, data authority, assumptions, deliverables, fees and professional responsibilities.
Limits of exploration information
Exploration work involves incomplete evidence and uncertainty. MindSync does not guarantee mineralisation, discovery, project economics or a particular commercial outcome. Recommendations must be considered with professional judgement, field validation and the limitations stated in the relevant engagement.
Public case studies
Case studies explain methods, evidence and limitations at the level stated on each page. They may use public, licensed, derived or redacted material. A case study is not a technical report for investment disclosure, an independent estimate of resources or reserves, or permission to rely on the work for a different project or decision.
Intellectual property
The MindSync, Chattly and LodeCraft names, branding, website design, software, analysis and original website content belong to MindSync Technologies Pty Ltd or its licensors. You may make ordinary browser copies and share links to public pages. You may not reproduce a substantial part, remove attribution, republish datasets or outputs, reverse engineer protected functionality, or present our work as your own without written permission or another lawful basis.
Third-party materials remain subject to their owners’ rights and any source-specific licence or attribution shown on the relevant page.
Your communications
You remain responsible for information you send to MindSync and should not send material you are not authorised to disclose. Sending an enquiry does not create a confidential consulting relationship. If confidential project material may be required, contact us first so the parties can agree an appropriate confidentiality arrangement.
External links and availability
External links are provided for context and convenience. MindSync does not control third-party sites and a link does not imply endorsement. We may correct, update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website and do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Mandatory consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded where you live, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law for Australian consumers and equivalent mandatory rights in other jurisdictions. Subject to those non-excludable rights, MindSync is not responsible for loss caused by relying on general website information as project-specific advice, by third-party content or services, or by events outside our reasonable control.
Where liability for a service supplied to a consumer can lawfully be limited, our liability is limited, at our option, to supplying the service again or paying the reasonable cost of having it supplied again. This website limitation does not replace any liability terms agreed in a separate contract.
Changes, governing law and severability
We may update these terms by publishing a revised version and effective date. Western Australian law governs these website terms, and the courts of Western Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory law or forum rights that apply where you live. If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to operate.
