Ranked areas and GIS-ready maps.
Agreed spatial outputs are delivered with their role, coordinate context and limitations stated so the project team can inspect and integrate them.
LodeCraft · Perth, Western Australia
Work with MindSync's Perth-based geologist to bring geological, geochemical, geophysical and drilling evidence into a focused exploration review. Through LodeCraft, we assess suitable methods for prospectivity mapping and target prioritisation, explain the evidence behind each review area and show what could change the interpretation.
Your exploration question
Bring geological, geochemical, geophysical and drilling evidence together to identify areas for further review. Agreed outputs can include GIS-ready maps, the reasoning behind each priority and the uncertainties that need checking before field follow-up.
Make scattered evidence easier to inspect within a scoped LodeCraft engagement. We review provenance, coordinates, coverage, scale and QA/QC before analysis, keeping original observations, interpretations and missing information distinct.
Test an existing interpretation or focus the next geological review. Examine supporting and contradictory evidence, data gaps and alternative explanations so your team can define proportionate next investigations. Review priorities are not a drilling order or proof of mineralisation.
Working with MindSync
Geologist Jacob Cichosz leads the scope, analysis and handover. We aim to respond to your first enquiry within two business days (Perth time).
Send a non-confidential summary of the area, commodity, available evidence and decision your team needs to make.
A free, no-obligation discussion explores whether LodeCraft could help. It does not include a completed data assessment or analytical report.
Before project files are exchanged, agree confidentiality terms and a suitable transfer method.
Receive the scope, fee, timetable and agreed deliverables. Timing depends on the question and the available evidence.
Paid analysis starts only after you approve the written scope. If the evidence is unsuitable, we may suggest a narrower question, data remediation or not proceeding.
Bring the evidence
Before modelling, MindSync defines the geological question, intended decision, area, commodity context and available evidence. Geology, geophysics, geochemistry, drilling, spatial data and relevant prior work are reviewed for coordinate integrity, coverage, scale, completeness, provenance, QA/QC, bias and critical gaps.
A dataset can be technically processable and still be unsuitable for the decision being asked of it. If the evidence cannot support the intended analysis, the engagement should narrow the question, identify remediation or stop before a model creates false confidence.
Use the exploration data preparation checklist to organise sources, coordinate systems, quality controls and known gaps before a review.
Interrogate the ground
LodeCraft can organise and compare multiple evidence families, test competing hypotheses, search for spatial or multivariate patterns and produce ordinal areas for further review. Where the question and evidence are suitable, that can include geology-led machine-learning or deep-learning comparisons alongside deterministic and expert-led analysis. The exact methods depend on the project question, available data and documented scope.
For a plain-language explanation of method roles, labels, spatial validation and uncertainty, read Machine learning for mineral exploration: methods, validation and practical limits.
Exploration rarely provides clean examples of barren ground. Where known mineralisation exists but the rest of the area remains unknown, the analysis must not quietly pretend that untested ground is negative.
Model agreement is not automatically independent confirmation. Related inputs can carry the same underlying signal into several branches, while incomplete mapping or uneven sampling can make a convincing pattern unreliable. Those relationships, warnings and abstentions remain attached to the output.
The system narrows and structures a geological review. It does not inherit authority to make the geological decision.
Focus the next investigation
Before delivery, MindSync reviews what supports each area, what contradicts it, which evidence is missing and whether surface conditions, access, survey design, data density or inherited interpretation could provide an alternative explanation.
The result is framed at the level the evidence can support: a review area, an investigation priority or another scoped decision-support output—not a probability of mineralisation or a guarantee of discovery.
Client deliverables
Agreed spatial outputs are delivered with their role, coordinate context and limitations stated so the project team can inspect and integrate them.
The report documents the question, supplied evidence, method, rationale, disagreement, data gaps, warnings and limits. The presentation walks the team through what the result can—and cannot—support.
Worked example
The Bynoe–Finniss case study, updated 28 September 2026, brings geological context, model responses and wider review areas into a reusable QGIS handover. Across two curated projects, all 50 selected layers reopened with portable local paths and no broken sources. A plain-language atlas explains 41 views.
This demonstrates the connected workflow and technical handover, not discovery success. Customer time and cost savings have not been measured, and agreed deliverables depend on the project scope.
See the Bynoe handover and review the detailed evidence and limits.
Direct answers
LodeCraft is MindSync's proprietary internal scientific system for delivering professional exploration intelligence. Clients engage MindSync to perform the work and receive the agreed analysis, ranked review areas, evidence, uncertainty and decision-support outputs—not a software licence.
The engagement is designed for exploration and mining companies of any size that need to examine complex project data, test an existing interpretation or focus geological review.
Potentially, yes. The service is commodity-agnostic and can be delivered globally where the client is authorised to provide the data and the available coverage, quality, scale and format are technically fit for the project question.
No. LodeCraft produces decision-support outputs for expert review. It does not guarantee mineralisation, discovery, economic viability or commercial success, and it does not replace field validation or accountable geological judgement.
AOI review
An initial discussion can establish whether the available evidence is suitable, what remains unknown and whether an end-to-end LodeCraft engagement can help focus the next investigation.
