MindSync Technologies is a Perth, Western Australia company applying artificial intelligence, machine learning and experimental deep learning to mineral exploration and mineral targeting through LodeCraft. We also develop Chattly, an iPhone app for personal reflection, now available on the App Store.
A geology-informed standard
MINDSYNC started from experience in geology, where decisions are rarely made with perfect information.
Geologists routinely work across incomplete observations, conflicting datasets and uncertain interpretations. Good decisions depend on understanding those limits and carrying them into the interpretation.
That approach influences how we build software.
Each study and engagement includes its own supporting evidence and limitations.

Chattly is an iPhone app for reflection and personal organisation. It connects conversations with personal context that you can review and correct.

MindSync Technologies selects machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), other artificial intelligence (AI) methods or deterministic analysis according to the geological question and available evidence. The methods help compare patterns and examine competing interpretations; each result retains its uncertainty and limits.
Mineral targeting here means identifying and prioritising areas for geological review, with evidence to guide the next investigation. A review priority does not establish mineralisation or constitute a drilling recommendation.
MindSync performs the work through its internal system. The client receives ranked review areas, supporting evidence, uncertainty, data gaps and reproducible GIS-ready deliverables.
The service narrows and strengthens a geological investigation; it does not declare an orebody or replace accountable judgement.

The founder
Jacob Cichosz is a Perth-based geologist, founder and entrepreneur with an Applied Geology Honours degree from Curtin University and experience across base metals, gold and lithium.
Jacob leads LodeCraft engagements and the development of Chattly. He is your point of contact for the scope, analysis and handover of a LodeCraft project.
