Before you buy
Ordinary chat, planning and reflection require a paid Basic or Pro subscription. There is no ongoing Free plan. Review the current app and Apple purchase confirmation for the plan, features, limits, price, currency, billing period and any introductory offer. The App Store download is a separate charge from the Basic or Pro subscription; downloading the app does not include paid feature access. Local prices are shown by Apple before each purchase.
AI permission and renewal
Most paid functionality requires separate permission to share relevant personal content with OpenAI. Declining or withdrawing does not cancel your subscription. Apple subscriptions renew automatically under the purchase terms unless you cancel renewal through Apple Account subscription settings.
Cancellation, restoration and refunds
Uninstalling Chattly or deleting an account does not cancel Apple renewal. Cancellation normally preserves access through the period already paid for, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law. Use the app’s purchase restoration or contact support if an active purchase is not recognised. Apple handles eligible Apple-billed refund requests; MindSync remains responsible for obligations placed on it by law. Mandatory consumer rights are preserved.
When access ends
Eligible content enters an inactive recovery archive for up to 90 days after paid access ends, subject to earlier valid deletion requests and applicable law. If not reactivated, account deletion is initiated. Limited necessary records and backups may remain for a lawful purpose. Purchase restoration cannot recreate content already deleted.
