What AI receives
Depending on the requested feature, OpenAI receives your current input and relevant permitted context to generate conversations, reflections, summaries, insights, plans or safety checks. Live Voice sends microphone audio; other voice input can send a transcript. Saved-memory controls and private AI mode affect context; they do not make the current AI request local to your device.
Permission and limits
Chattly asks for a separate OpenAI-sharing choice. Declining or withdrawing disables most AI features and does not cancel Apple renewal. AI can be inaccurate, biased or incomplete. Review important suggestions independently. The full policy explains provider protection, API training-sharing settings and retention; disabling optional training sharing does not mean zero provider retention.
