Use the service lawfully
Do not attempt unauthorised access, harm others, introduce malware, exploit the service, submit unlawful material or evade protective controls. Share only information you are entitled to provide. Your own permission does not establish a lawful basis for another person’s sensitive information.
Restrictions and review
Lawful discussion of difficult feelings, legitimate complaints and good-faith security reports are permitted. MindSync may restrict requests or access where reasonably necessary for misuse, security or law. Automated checks can err. Where safe and lawful, significant action is explained with a route to human review. Privacy and mandatory consumer rights remain available.
