Contact MindSync
Email enquiry@mindsynctechnologies.com.au for app, account, subscription, privacy or complaint enquiries. Describe the issue and outcome you seek, and include only the account or technical information needed. Do not email a password, recovery code or full payment details. This mailbox is not an emergency service.
Apple purchases
Manage or cancel renewal through Apple Account subscription settings. Use purchase restoration in the app or contact MindSync if an active entitlement is not recognised. Apple handles eligible Apple-billed refund requests; mandatory rights and MindSync’s responsibilities continue to apply.
Privacy and complaints
You can request access, correction or deletion without a paid subscription. MindSync assesses requests under the applicable law and may require proportionate verification. You retain the right to approach a relevant regulator or court, including the OAIC for Australian privacy complaints.
